The Model 05 2-seater sofa follows a modernist, minimalist look and feel. To provide the illusion of a deeper seat and to exaggerate that sinking feel, Model 05's seat uses zig zag springs to create a domed, curved shape. The back is built with a 10 degree angle, so when you sit back you become completely immersed in the sofa. For added comfort and support, the Model 05 also comes with higher back cushions.

Is the Model 05 Sofa modular - can I add a corner piece later?

No - the Model 05 is not a modular range. The chaise is sold as part of a specific configuration and is not designed to be extended or reconfigured after purchase.

How firm is the Model 05 Sofa?

The Model 05 is on the firmer end of the Swyft range. The Loveseat in particular is described as firm by customers.

Can I use a steam cleaner on my Swyft furniture?

Light steam cleaning may be suitable for some fabrics, provided the steam cleaner is used correctly and your fabric is compatible.

Always keep the steamer moving and avoid holding it too close to the fabric or allowing the nozzle to come into direct contact with the upholstery, as excessive heat and moisture can damage the fabric.

Before using a steam cleaner, check your sofa's fabric care guidance:
- Suitable with care: Velvet, Mottled Velvet and Linen fabrics may be lightly steamed, provided the steamer is used correctly and the care instructions are followed.
- Not recommended: Bouclé and Chenille should not be steam cleaned, as these fabrics require gentler cleaning methods and minimal moisture. We recommend spot cleaning or using a specialist upholstery cleaner where appropriate.
