Sofa, Bed and Furniture Returns
Purchasing furniture is a big decision and we want you to be completely happy with it, so for all sofa, bed and case good items (dining table and chairs, tables, sideboards) we offer a 100 day trial period. That means you have 100 days, from the date of delivery, to decide whether you’d like to keep, return or exchange the product.
If you change your mind, or circumstances change, you can call our friendly customer service team and you can return it – no hard feelings – we promise. We're often asked what the catch is, but there really isn't one.
Exchanges
For a first-time exchange within 100 days from your original delivery, we apply no fee to collect your existing item and deliver a new one. For any other further exchanges within this 100-day period, a fee will be applied to cover the costs of any further collections and deliveries, even where a delivery fee is waived through promotional activity. Returns
Where an item is delivered and then returned within 100 days from your original delivery, and a delivery fee is applied, this fee is non-returnable. If an item is exchanged and ultimately returned both the original delivery fee and the subsequent fee for the exchange delivery will be deducted from your full refund total. Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the sofa, bed or furniture item and check for damage. Once complete, you will receive your money back within five days after collection confirmation.
Sofa, Bed and Furniture Exchanges
If you change your mind on a colour or style and want to swap the product you bought with another Swyft item, we offer exchanges on all sofa, bed and case good items (dining table and chairs, tables, sideboards). As with returns, we offer 100 days from delivery to exchange an item. All sofa, bed and furniture items come with a 15-year frame guarantee.

2 year fabric guarantee
On all upholstered furniture, a 2 year fabric guarantee is included in the purchase of the product. The guarantee includes pulled threads, loose threads and stitching issues.
However, the fabric guarantee does not include accidental damage or spills. If you’d like specific cover for accidental damage we’ve partnered with Guardsman, a furniture insurance company where you can purchase a five year warranty on furniture items. Mattress returns
Choosing a mattress is a big decision – we spend a large portion of our lives in bed – so it’s important you choose a mattress with the right comfort levels. That’s why all of our mattresses come with a 100 day return period, giving you the flexibility to decide whether the mattress works for you. That means you can test out the comfort first, and if you find that it’s not quite right, the mattress can be returned within 100 days from delivery.
To arrange a mattress return, contact our customer service team. You will receive a refund five days after collection confirmation.
Accessory returns
We know all-too-well the impact a rug or cushion can have on the look and feel of your room. But if you are torn between tufted or knitted, velvet or linen, you can easily return all of our accessories. Just contact our customer service team to let them know you’d like to return an item. See below for return details on each one:
Rugs returns: Adding a rug to your home can create focus, interest and bring a room together, so it’s important to get right. With our rug collection, we offer a 14 day return period.
Cushion returns: Just like our sofas, our cushions are designed and made by us, which means we can offer a 100 day return period.
Dog bed (and sofa) returns: Let’s be honest, the sleep and comfort of our beloved dog is more important than our own. Making sure their sleep is uninterrupted bliss should be paramount. So, all of our dog beds and dog sofas come with a healthy 100 day return period. That means, your pooch has 100 days, from delivery, to decide whether their Swyft dog bed is for them.
As with all international returns, you will be charged the cost of delivery.
Guardsman returns
If you bought Guardsman five-year warranty with your sofa, furniture, or bed, you have 30-days from delivery of your order to cancel the policy.
Gift cards returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for gift card purchases.
24 Hour Nationwide Sofa Delivery
To guarantee next day delivery for next day delivery sofas, just place your sofa order before 3.30pm.
Any orders placed after 3.30pm or over the weekend or bank holidays will be delivered the following working day. So, no matter what, you’ll be getting a brand-new sofa in 48 hours.
All orders can be booked in advance and you can change the date of your delivery up to 24hrs before delivery.
Please note, where there is no working lift, Panther delivery crews will deliver up two flights of stairs only. You will be required to carry the goods beyond this point.

Delivery to Northern Ireland takes up to 14 days.
International / Europe Sofa Delivery
Right now, we ship our sofas to the UK and Germany. We don’t currently offer shipping to any other countries. But this is something we’re looking to change in the future. If you would like to ship to Germany, please order through swyfthome.de
