The Model 02 ottoman is everything you expect from the Model 02 design. Its pulled seam and piped detail mirrors that of it's sofa counterpart, made with high-density dual-layered foam to guarantee the same level of comfort. The Model 02 ottoman can be paired with any Model 02 to create a corner sofa, or it can be used as a standalone piece for extra seating or a substitute coffee table.

Are the seat cushions on the Model 02 Sofa reversible?

The seat cushions can be rotated 180 degrees end-to-end to even out wear, but are not designed to be flipped top-to-bottom. The base is solid/slatted rather than sprung.

Are the bolster cushions on the Model 02 Sofa fixed or removable?

The bolster cushions are loose - they simply rest on the sofa and can be removed freely if you prefer.

Does the Model 02 Sofa come in a narrow depth version?

No - we don't currently offer a narrow depth version of the Model 02 Sofa. All configurations are designed with a standard depth to ensure comfort and support.

Do I need to be in to receive delivery?

Yes - someone must be present. You'll receive a 2-hour window the evening before, and the delivery team will call 30-60 minutes before arrival.

What warranty comes with Swyft products?

All sofas come with a 15-year frame warranty and a 2-year fabric warranty. These cover manufacturing faults — not accidental damage or misuse.
